IT is helping us update the SiteManager terminal servers to the office 2010 suite. In doing so they mistakenly removed Microsoft Access.
Until the three servers have MS Access restored the DWR Summary report will not open. Currently a request to view the report on the terminal server will result in a dialog screen that splashes a download status that ends with a successful download and no open report.
The workaround will be to access your local DWR Summary available through the XM shortcut. If you need assistance with this please reply to this email our phone our CMISD help desk. - (512) 416-2553
