Fixed: SiteManager Estimate Approval/Rejection - CONSTOFF role

The issue has been resolved. The CONSTOFF role can again participate with contract estimates in the Approval and Rejection windows.

You may already be aware that District CST/MNT Office Staff role (CONSTOFF) cannot currently approve estimates in SiteManager. This is a temporary issue and we expect to have a resolution quickly. When logged in with the CONSTOFF role, users will receive a message similar to the message below when opening the Estimate Approval or Rejection windows.

 

 

A possible workaround could be to skip the CONSTOFF approval for the next higher level if one exists. If CONSTOFF is the highest level, you have two choices. Wait for the fix (E.T.A. expected to be hours not days) or contact us and we can reject the estimate so new temporary approval levels that do not include the CONSTOFF role can be assigned.

SiteManager Report Server - Emails

Greetings,

The SiteManager Report server is currently unable to reliably email reports. IT is working to resolve the issue.  

 

There are several report servers and one or more of them is unable to send emails due to an ongoing issue.  The server processing your request determines whether or not you receive an email. Until further notice, please use the “View in web”  option when requesting reports.

 

We have no expectation that IT will restore previously requested and undelivered emails. Please re-request undelivered reports using the “View in web” option.
