The EPRS website and SiteManager ADHOC/DSS reporting are offline.
EPRS:
Both internal and external customers are affected. Until the issue is resolved no one will be able to logon to the system.
SiteManager ADHOC/DSS Reporting:
This mainly will affect those users that frequently access the CMISD website and retrieve reports. Most of these reports use one of these two database and will be unavailable. This also affect anyone that runs their database queries using these two databases.
